Paper Angels

Have you all heard me talk about Paper Angels? I thought I might describe what it all means...

I am an Independent Demonstrator with Stampin' Up! Australia, & I belong with a larger group of (mostly) Brisbane demonstrators called "Paper Angels"... there are quite a number of us now. :-)

Paper Angels run regular fundraising events, both Card Classes & Scrapbooking.

Our Paper Angels group run these events to support Charities. Our main charity is the Mater Mother's Bereavement Support Program. As you can imagine, losing a baby can be a very stressful & emotional time for a family. The gifts we are providing, though they may seem small, mean a great deal to grieving families... that personal touch, the recognition of their loss.

Due to our continued support with the Mater Mother's hospital word is getting around to the other hospitals & we will be spreading our "wings" over the Brisbane's Children's & Wesley hospitals in the future. The nurses are grateful & the feedback from families involved has all been very positive.

It is nice to know that my love for paper craft can be of some support to a family experiencing such heart ache.
